As the fall season ends, so does this season’s sports including football, girls swim and dive (swive), volleyball, cross country, girls soccer, boys water polo, boys tennis and boys golf. Let’s recap Bellevue high school!

The football persevered throughout the season with many ups and downs, making it to semifinals. Even though they fell short there are lots to be proud of this season! Good luck for next year.

Girls swive was strong throughout post season coming second at districts and third at state.

“The past swim season was so much fun; I experienced lots of exhilaration and joy from the practices, the girls and racing at my best capabilities. I am so excited for what next year's season will have in store,” says sophomore Bella Wong.

Volleyball had another strong season! Getting fourth in state, they finished the season strong and had lots of fun throughout the season.

“This season has been the best Bellevue has done in history!! We got fourth in state with this amazing team! This team put in hard work and showed it off by taking Kingco Champs as another title under our belt, everyone has their own special role on this team which helps us to become such an amazing team! Our eight seniors has built this volleyball program from freshmen year to now and I am so grateful for what they have given us!” said junior Trinity Aptacy.

Cross country had many accomplishments through this season with new personal records made and a top five finish in KingCo.

“Bellevue cross country had a great 2025 season. Cross Country is a sport centered around camaraderie, self-improvement and hard work; this season was a great testament to those values,” and both the boys and girls varsity teams placed top five at Kingco (boys fifth and girls third) qualifying for the SeaKing District Meet. “[The team] would like to thank our head coach Mike Hill and our assistant coaches Angelica Rodriguez, Jory Hamilton, Katie French, and Tom Ellis for their unwavering support. We would encourage anybody, regardless of running experience or ability to come try XC next season,” said junior Levi Nistler.

Bellevue girls soccer are the 2025 3A state champions! Congratulations to the girls for their hard work and victory. They had an amazing season with many wins!

Boys’ water polo made it to state as they finished the season strong.

"Water polo season was really fun. I had fun during practices, games and team hangouts. It was an incredible experience. I can't wait for next year,” says junior Justin Shen.

The boys tennis team concluded their fall season with an all-Bellevue doubles final at the KingCo Tournament. The team still has their sights set on the possible state title at the District Sea-King tournament this spring.

Boys’ golf ended the season KingCo Tournament Champions. This marks the third year straight that Bellevue has won the individual KingoCo Championship.

Congratulations to all the fall sports and best of luck next year too!
