100 Years of Writing

The Barque is the school newspaper at Bellevue High School. Its first edition was published in 1926, just three years after BHS was founded in 1923. Today, it is published quarterly, covering school news, opinion pieces, arts and entertainment, features, and sports. We strive to represent the collective student voice and report on a variety of Bellevue High school topics.
