Summertime in the Pacific Northwest is the best time of year, and there is nowhere else many people would rather be. With rare warm Washington weather, a whole new door of activities open up, and Bellevue, we need to utilize every second of it.

In the PNW, many bodies of water can be used for a range of activities. They might be perfect for a relaxing day of paddle boarding, or if you’re feeling competitive, there is inner tubing, which always turns into a race to see who can stay on the tub the longest. Lake Washington is also a beautiful place to go to with your friends and enjoy a lovely day of tanning.
Hiking is also a fan favorite in Washington because of the unbeatable views. The most popular hikes are Rattlesnake Ridge, Lake 22 and Snow Lake Trail. These hikes are intense and will really make your legs burn, but when you get to the summit it will be all be worth it.
For baseball fans, the Seattle Mariners games are a great summertime activity to hang out with friends and cheer on your team, in hopes of them making the World Series this year. (Not to mention the remarkable variety of food choices including hot dogs, garlic fries and Dippin’ Dots).
Summertime is also a rare opportunity to enjoy beach volleyball. You do not have to be an advanced volleyball player to play; just grab a couple of friends, and have fun working up a sweat on the beach.
Washington sunsets and sunrises are some of the most beautiful anywhere in the world, especially in the summer. Going on a walk with your friends, family or dog is a fantastic way to get a hot girl walk in and also catch an amazing view.
Get outside, Bellevue, because outside is the best place to be for summer in the PNW!
